Pahari Haat Himalayan Chamomile-Lemongrass is a pure two-ingredient blend — dried Chamomile Buds from Uttarakhand and dried Lemongrass. Naturally caffeine-free, zero additives, FSSAI certified. 30g, approximately 15–20 cups.
Some combinations are discovered, not invented.
Chamomile — the world's most beloved calming flower, grown in the pristine highlands of Uttarakhand — meets Lemongrass — nature's most refreshing citrus herb — in one extraordinarily balanced cup.
Pahari Haat Himalayan Chamomile-Lemongrass brings together two botanicals that were made for each other. Chamomile wraps you in a deep floral warmth that calms the mind and settles the body. Lemongrass cuts through with a bright, clean citrus lift that refreshes the senses.
The result is a cup that is simultaneously calming and uplifting. Soothing and bright. Perfect morning or evening.
No artificial fragrance. No synthetic oils. No shortcuts. Just two pure botanicals. One perfect cup.
What Is Chamomile-Lemongrass Tea?
Chamomile-Lemongrass combines two of the world's most widely consumed herbal botanicals. Chamomile contributes a warm, floral character and contains apigenin, a compound studied for its calming effects. Lemongrass adds a bright citrus lift and a distinctive aroma — while it's traditionally associated with relaxation, clinical research on its effects in humans remains limited and mixed.

Brewing the Perfect Cup of Himalayan Chamomile-Lemongrass
What You Need:
1 heaped teaspoon (1.5 to 2g) of the blend
200ml of hot water
Raw honey to taste (optional)
A slice of fresh ginger for extra warmth (optional)
Classic Hot Brew (Recommended)
Step 1: Heat water to 90°C. Avoid fully boiling water as it destroys the delicate floral compounds in Chamomile and the volatile citrus oils in Lemongrass.
Step 2: Add 1 heaped teaspoon of the blend into your cup or infuser.
Step 3: Pour hot water and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Watch your cup fill with a soft golden colour with a beautiful citrus-floral aroma that fills the room.
Step 4: Strain, add raw honey if desired and sip slowly.
Pro Tips:
✓ Best consumed morning for an energising calm start or evening for stress relief
✓ Second steep is equally flavourful — do not discard after first brew
✓ Add a slice of fresh ginger in winters for extra warmth
✓ One pack makes approximately 15 to 20 cups

A Well-Studied Calming Compound in Chamomile
Chamomile contains apigenin, a compound that interacts with GABA-A receptor pathways in the nervous system. Clinical trials on oral chamomile extract — including a widely cited study by Amsterdam et al. (2009) — have shown anxiolytic (calming) effects in human participants.
Lemongrass: A Traditional Botanical, Honestly Described
Lemongrass has long been used traditionally for its citrus aroma and flavour. It's worth noting honestly: clinical research on lemongrass tea's effects on anxiety and sleep in humans has shown mixed results, with some studies finding no measurable calming effect compared to placebo. We include it here for its flavour and aromatic contribution, not as a clinically proven calming agent on its own.
A Balanced Flavour Pairing
Chamomile's warm floral character and lemongrass's bright citrus notes combine into a cup that many find both soothing and refreshing — a genuinely versatile blend for morning or evening.
Naturally Caffeine-Free
With no black or green tea leaves, this blend is suitable for any time of day.
Two Ingredients Only
No fillers, no artificial fragrance, no synthetic oils — just dried chamomile buds and dried lemongrass.

Is this pure Chamomile and Lemongrass or does it contain other ingredients?
100% pure. Only two ingredients — Dried Chamomile Buds from Uttarakhand and Dried Lemongrass. No fillers, no artificial fragrance, no synthetic oils. Nothing else.
What does it taste like?
The taste is beautifully balanced — warm, floral and mildly sweet from Chamomile with a bright, clean citrus lift from Lemongrass. Most people find it delicious without any sweetener. Raw honey adds a wonderful complementary depth.
Is it better to drink in the morning or evening?
Both work beautifully. In the morning, Lemongrass's citrus notes give a caffeine-free start to the day. In the evening, Chamomile's warm floral character eases the day's stress. It is genuinely an all-day blend.
How many cups does one 30g pack make?
One 30g pack makes approximately 15 to 20 cups depending on your preferred strength. The second steep is equally good — do not discard after the first brew.
Is it safe to drink every day?
Yes. Both Chamomile and Lemongrass are among the safest and most widely consumed herbs in the world. Daily consumption is considered safe for most people as part of a balanced routine.
Is it safe for children and pregnant women?
Generally safe for adults and children above 5 years. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before consuming any herbal blend regularly.
