High up in the Kumaon Himalayas, in a quiet village called Kasar Devi near Almora, Pahari Haat began with a simple belief — that the purest things still come from the mountains, made the way they always have been.
We work directly with local women artisans and farmers across Uttarakhand, sourcing honey, herbs, spices, and superfoods the traditional way — slow, careful, and untouched by shortcuts. No heating honey to make it flow faster. No mass-processing turmeric to save time. Just Himalayan produce, handled with the same patience the mountains taught us.
Pahari Haat operates under Project Udyogini, an initiative of Kartavya Karma Trust, built to create fair, sustainable income for the women and farming communities of the region — so that every purchase you make supports a real livelihood in the hills, not just a supply chain.
