Honey Profile & Tasting Notes
Explore the aroma, appearance, taste, and texture of Pahari Haat Himalayan Jungle Honey.

Pahari Haat Himalayan Jungle Honey is raw multifloral honey from one defined apiary in the Himalayan Shivalik Range of Corbett Jungle, Kumaon, Uttarakhand. Apis mellifera bees forage on naturally occurring floral sources. Each 250g jar comes from the March–April harvest.
This is multifloral honey, not a monofloral honey such as litchi or jamun. Enjoy its naturally sweet, floral character by the spoonful, over breakfast or in a beverage once it has cooled slightly.
Compare the stated origin, floral type, processing and traceability rather than relying on a “best” label alone. This honey offers a clearly defined Himalayan origin, one apiary, one harvest season and a simple extraction-to-bottling process.

Storage: keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Honey may naturally crystallise; this varies with floral source, composition, temperature and storage. Crystallisation alone does not establish purity.
Safety: honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age.
